We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey toward providing high-efficiency industrial lime solutions. QualiCal International Srl, together with our trusted Indian QualiPOOL partner M/s Esskay Machinery Pvt Ltd, has successfully commissioned Kiln No. 17 at the JSW Steel Ltd, Vijayanagar Works plant in July 2026!

As part of this project, QualiCal was entrusted with the design, engineering, proprietary know-how, and key equipment supply for this state-of-the-art lime kiln.

Breaking New Ground at Vijayanagar

While JSW Steel’s Vijayanagar plant previously operated 16 kilns built by our competitors, Kiln No. 17 marks QualiCal’s very first kiln at this flagship Vijayanagar facility.

This achievement solidifies QualiCal’s position as a long-term, trusted partner for JSW Steel Ltd in limekiln technologies, building on our successful track record of supplying advanced kilns to their Jharsuguda and Dolvi plants.
