ExpoCal Chile 2026 represented an important opportunity for QualiCal to share its industrial vision, strengthen regional relationships and reaffirm its commitment to bringing innovative lime technologies closer to customers across Latin America.

A special thank you goes to Juan Pablo Morey Marticorena for the excellent presentation delivered during the event. Together with ITACA, QualiCal’s AI Business Developer Assistant, he introduced QualiCal’s approach to Next Generation Lime and highlighted the three pillars of the company’s technology offering.

The first pillar is SYNTHESIS PFR Kilns, designed to deliver efficient and high-performance lime production through advanced process know-how and a strong focus on plant reliability.

The second pillar is QualiCUBE, QualiCal’s modular solution for lime hydration, classification and processing. With its flexible architecture, QualiCUBE is designed to respond to different production requirements while supporting efficiency, adaptability and industrial consistency.

The third pillar is MOSAICO, QualiCal’s proprietary IIoT platform for plant digitalization, data integration and performance optimization. MOSAICO reflects the company’s view that digital tools are becoming an essential part of modern lime production, helping operators improve visibility, decision-making and operational results.

ExpoCal Chile 2026 was also an important occasion to further strengthen the partnership with AGT MINING, now officially representing QualiCal in Chile, Argentina and Peru. This step reinforces QualiCal’s strategy of combining global technology with strong local presence, in line with its approach to international business development.

By working closely with trusted local partners, QualiCal aims to make its solutions more accessible and more effective in responding to the specific needs of each market. The cooperation with AGT MINING is therefore not only a commercial development, but also an important part of QualiCal’s long-term commitment to the region.
